If you take following precautions, you will take legal action in case of NRI marriage failures.
- Collect complete information about his social security number. Pass port and visa.
- Collect information about his job, addresses of his office and home.
- Note down information about his relatives and friends.
- Register your marriage immediately before he left country. Without registration, you may not take any legal action.
- After marriage, include husband name in the pass port and visa in place of father’s name.
